Dear Project Monoxide Members.

Here at Project Monoxide we offer not only a Runescape Private Server, but also a BlackMarket, im here to explain the rules that you MUST follow when using this services.

Selling an account.
- Must have visual proof that it is your account.
- if you claim that the account has no Black Marks Visual Proof must be provided.
- if you state that there are no recoveries THIS IS MAJOR, VISUAL PROOF IS NEEDED!.
- ALL items on the account that have major value must be showed.
- Show how much your asking for the account clearly. Meaning easily visable.
- Contact detials such as MSN, Or IM is needed.
- The accounts can be kept secret.

Now to keep trades safe.!
USE A OMM (Official Middle Man) OR A UMM (Unofficial Middle Man)

If you use a UMM make sure they have high rep and vouches. But to be 100% safe use a OMM for a small fee.

(Any scamming will lead to a ip ban from forums + server)
