ToS page Complete!

dear members,
recently i have been busy working on a new ToS Page (terms of service page) which is now complete.
- picuters will be getting put up soon, but in the meantime ill just explain abit about the new ToS page.
- this is now what new members will have to agree to if they wish to register on the forums, it just states that we (the staff) have full control over the forums and we have the right to ban, mute, perm ban any member if they are breaking the rules etc.. its just something that can help improve the forums a bit
